While the prices have gone up, portions have gone down. Chow mein is now served in broken up smaller pieces with LOTS of... cabbage....The last few times we've purchased from this location, the chow mein and rice are scooped into containers and staffmake sure it's below the line inside the container. You guys are skimping on the food but we're paying more money! Please makeit make sense. There were 7 pieces of honey walnut shrimp in the plate but you charge a premium fee for this item. I'm glad Iwalked inside to pick up food versus getting home to realize food wasn't appropriate. We've given this location multipleopportunities to get it together and after too many disappointments, we will not be spending our money here anymore. We'vevisited other locations and this has been the only site where it appears they're afraid to give folks FOOD. Read more

What can you say it's fast food Chinese. The food is ok if you are craving American-style Chinese fast food. The selection is... good. One thing people don't realize when you 1st come is that if an item looks like has been sold out, they will prepare a newbatch. But you would have to wait for them to prepare it. This can be a bit annoying since they prepare items in small batches. There is a huge crew always cooking. This may seem great but in actuality, it isn't because of the wait time. I had thecombination plate with a mix of different items. My daughter had the same with different items. we both gave it a 5/10. Theatmosphere was very clean. The employees are friendly and nice. One majorly HUGE UPSET was a simple one. They had no chopsticksin the restaurant. It's unbelievable that a Chinese restaurant didn't have chopsticks. I guess it's because they are a trueAmerican-style Chinese restaurant. Read more

Shouldn't it be faster to order food online? Why do I have to wait for half an hour in the store to pick up the meal according... to the marked time, all the people who queued to buy have already bought it, but the meal ordered online in advance has to waitfor a long time. The staff inside are all busy with people queuing to buy, and the efficiency is too slow. I don't want togive a star if I can Read more

All I got to say is that I went to panda to pick up my Uber eats order for myself and panda ran out of white rice. But? Cynthia... at the drive-thru window was so considerate and explained to us of the shortage of things on the menu but she didn?t disappoint. Thanks so much for being patient with us on choosing other menu items. First off I?m basing this review off multiple visits over the last few months and each time has been horrible. I used to... consider panda to be my favorite fast food joint but this location is by FAR the worst one I?ve eaten at. The rice always looksold and over cooked. The chow mein seems to always be undercooked and lacking any sort of flavor. The orange chicken is alwayssoggy for some reason and it?s very off putting. I honestly think this location is the only one to be drive through only solelybecause they don?t want customers to see how bad their food looks before they purchase it. I recommend going to any other PandaExpress you find because this one is Deff not up to standard. Read more

It is summer 2022 and they are still not open for inside dinning. EVERYTHING is open again except this place. I came here to eat... and study and I wasted my time. Also the food was NOT fresh. The sugar snap peas in the shrimp fish were brown and soggy. Andthe portion sizes were tinny. I always get veggies as the staple instead of rice or chowmein. I think I had 5 pieces ofbroccoli. Usually I get two meals out of a Panda Express order. This time I was still hungry when I was finished. They had beensitting for way too long. And lastly I was asked if I wanted sauces and I said yes the mustard sauce. I said I do not need anysoy sauce. I was asked by the person that rings you up. When I got to my car there was soy sauce and no mustard sauce. Why evenask if you are not going to listen. This last thing isn?t a deal breaker if this happened somewhere else. But it was the cherryon the cake after everything else. Their listing says they are open for inside dinning. If this is not the case they need toupdate the listing. Read more

I don't know what's going on but the last 2-3 times that I have ordered from this location the veggies, specially the broccoli... has been under cooked and in very large chunks. Might sound petty but since I'm eating in the car it's a little difficult to cutthe veggies into smaller pieces. Seems like they cooks have been rushing them out to get orders out quickly to fill order. Otherthen that food is good. Read more
