I dislike coming here, the service seems to be slow even when your the only vehicle ordering, the flavor isn?t always there.

This Starbucks was really having issues as they would not open the store more than they need to hand out orders. I could not sit... or use the bathroom just sucked. And if you go thought the drive through it takes forever to get your drink. I don't know whatthey are doing in that store but it takes 4 ever. Read more

I have no idea what?s going on at this location but they close randomly during the day, and then open back up a couple hours... later, I live right by them, and I?ll go at around the same time, one day they?re open the next day they?re closed, the next dayopen, then closed again the next and on and on. It?s very frustrating. I?ve got my coffee then drive back by and they are nowclosed in the middle of the day?. but the worst was when I spent 30 minutes in the drive through and they were closed! I waslocked in the drive through and couldn?t exit, (and they put no cones out to block the drive through) and the dummies in frontof me kept trying to get someone to come to the speaker and there?s no one even there! I finally had to get out of my car anddirect the people in front of me to keep driving because they are closed, there?s I checked the front there?s no one inside, andI would like to leave! 30 MINUTES! Put the cones out if gonna close! I get that the people in front were the huge problem butthey were all very young. I should never be locked in a closed drive through and it get bad enough where I need to exit my carand direct your costumers just so I can go home! Get it together! Read more
This starbucks gets really busy with the high school across the street but drinks taste good ????????
Was handed a coffee (iced carmel frap) that spilled while receiving my beverage, the lady was rude and did not offer to fix... until I asked for a different cup. Drink was not up to expectations... unsure if I will return to this location. She was unableto reload funds with cash given as "system was down" though with scanned barcode no issues. Seems baristas do not give goodcustomer service. Read more
