I usually love A&W because their food is great (though on the pricier side of fast foods), but that A&W in particular needs to... learn how to manage and train their employees. I have nothing wrong against employees making the most out of their student jobsbut in this case it comes to the detriment of the service offered. They often are slow and give clear indications that theydon't care about the clients. The worst one of the chain by far. Read more
After being dissapointed at the Cremazie A&W I drove north to this one in Ste-Therese. Wow, what a contrast. Very nice man took... my order, I asked for a limonade instead of a soft drink for my usual chicken strip trio. He kindly made the adjustment at nocharge, then gave me 2 honey and 2 bbq sauces, no charge, to top it off, i had 4 strips in my bag. They are good and open. They have good service but need more employees because sometime it?s hard when a lot of customers come... at same time otherwise it?s all good and behind the petro Canada there is truck parking as well. So park your truck have goodmeal and enjoy ! Read more
Second time here at night, Thursday night 1:45am 5 cars in the drive in waiting, obviously the employee had nothing ready, not... even the minimum. I have wait at the order boot, but after 5min no one is moving, no answe from the employee i moved on, what aShame for the nice Franchise...... Read more
The only fastfood restaurant that serves a delicious Vegan Burger, you should try it even if you are not vegan, its delicious... !!! Its also one of the few places in mtl that has paper straws and is eco-friendly :) Read more
Open 24 hours, this is inside the gas station but the food was as good as at any other A&W. We went on Christmas day and were... very happy with the service and the quality of the food. Read more
This is a very convenient stop to gas up. Bathrooms modern, clean, with nice paper hand towels, and it is good for handicapped... too. For food there is an A&W..as well as coffee, muffins and other baked stuff. It is also a convenience store. Cold drinksetc. Staff is very kind and welcoming. Read more
Advised drive through attendant that I have never ordered at A&W and asked for her to be patient. She was exactly that. She... took time to answer questions and got our order perfect. Fantastic job to her. I did not get her name but was working thewindow at 14h00 on Wed Aug 24th. Read more
