Nice sugar shack not too far from Montreal. Their menu is authentically Québécois. They also have vegetarian and gluten free... options. There are some farm animals to pet and feed. By the end of the visit they offer the traditional maple syrup on iceexperience. Overall, visiting a sugar shack is a good work activity and Au Pied de l?Èrable Cabane à sucre won?t disappoint. Excellent food, lovely staff, beautiful woodsy environment with walking trails, and some cute animals.

What impressed me the most was the huge fluffy omelets and the Ham...shaved ham, so delicious and tender and not at all salty!... Not to belittle everything else. It was all delicious and a great staff. Read more

This is a great sugar shack for events with family or friends. They have amazing food and fast service. Typical local dishes... with a maple syrup twist. They have options for horse and carriage tour in the woods to see the maple trees and the process aswell as being able to sample fresh syrup on the snow which is an amazing treat. They have a little animal petting shed outsideand it is child friendly. Read more
