was crowdy and service was slow but washroom was clean and staffs were quite accommodating
We stopped there on our way from Quebec City to Ottawa. We were after hours around 10pm. The restaurant was closed but the drive... through was open. Taking the order was a little difficult due to the use of a coupon on the McDo app that delayed things a bit.Service was slow and it took about 15mn overall from start to finish which was longer than we had hoped. Just like a number ofrestaurants, this one was probably also understaffed. The person who took our order was also the one who handed it out over tous so I will leave a 5 star review just because he did all that he could. Read more

I understand when it?s busy, I understand when the drive through is full , but for almost the 20th time already ordering two... meals and waited for 45 minutes to get them . On top of that always missing pies or sauce etc? Never ever coming back there Read more
In the morning when everyone is stressed, it's the fastest and the most efficient mcdo that I know. right next to the highway is... a plus but at night, it's a bit slower for some reasons. Read more
I would not say this is a bad Mcdonald compare to some other worse Mcdonald I have been. My contribution is not to pull down the... local business, but to share my personal experience with fellows travelers. -The service is 8/10. Each of every employee theretry their best to serve the customer. -Facility is 6/10. The 3 out of 4 order machines were out of order. The one that wasremain working printed out a blank page of receipt which made me unable to know what was my order number. -Drive Through is5/10. Super clean, fast service and well located. An ATM (RBC bank) is available at the corner.
Best McDo. Fast. No error. Pleasant staff. Owner is lucky to have them. I hope he treats them well.
