When I tried to order a coffee in English the person taking my order said something to another employee in French and then... walked away. Then the second employee also walked away. When nobody appeared to take my order in a reasonable amount of time Ilet without a coffee. Also the washrooms were closed which should be illegal. You don't need to speak English to take a coffeeorder you only need to understand about three words. It was quite obvious that the drive-thru was the priority. Wrong cofee slow service and under cooked bread
