I placed an order online the previous day. When I went to pick it up, they hadn't prepared it. They said they didn't see my... online order. However, it was retrieved within seconds in my presence. I was given the option to wait a good 30 minutes, as itwas a 170$ order, or to simply cancel the order. After a long day of skiing, an hour plus drive back home, 4 hungry childrenand husband in the car, waiting 30 minutes was not even an option. I hope that this does not signify that gone are the dayswhere the service industry takes responsibility and offers some kind of compensation when it is at fault.
