I stopped going to Benihana years ago and I was right, made a mistake going today again, the food was not bad but not that good... either. What bothers me the most is when the chef takes a liking for a side of the table and completely ignores the rest, todayit was more obvious than ever, the other side of the table was served almost double portions while I got scraps being servedlast all the time, if you look at the vegetables on my plate you can see the amount I got, 8 pieces of zucchini and 2 slices ofonions while the other people at the table got full plates, the cook never once looked my way or tried to interact with me. Ithappened to me and my wife years ago in an anniversary dinner and now once again with my family. Ended up asking for my food tobe plated to go. Never again Benihana. Read more
Came here on a Sunday evening for dinner after the football game. We made reservations and arrived 10 minutes early. We waited... about 30 min before I got a notification my reservation was canceled. When I went to the hostess to ask why she said I neverchecked in. But I had checked in with her. We still had to wait another 15 min. So we were seated almost an hour after thereservation. The waitress who took our drink order was rude and rushed everyone at the table. Chef was great and food tastedgreat. Wish I had the opportunity to get more than one drink. Good food and chef but horrible service. After being waiting for more than one hour the chef finally came and prepared a... delicious and very funny dinner. Unfortunately the waiter and the rest of the staff was not nice at all. Finally when asked forthe bill, it did not came printed. When you pay through the machine it ask you for the tip when an 18% of service charge isalready included. Be aware of that because if not there is a high risk of paying the tip twice. The food is great. The host are darn awful. Ignored me when I had questions about my pickup order since I have no idea how long... they take. And when their supervisor asked if I was attended to, she said yes. I had to talk to them and tell them that the hostjust straight up ignored me. Personally wouldn’t come back here. Read more
The chefs not only cook very well and fast, but they entertain the guests during the entire time. Every Chef has different... skills, so every visit is a different delicious experience. We had our entire table to our party of 6. It was a late reservationaround 9 on a Sunday and the place had a lot of empty tables. Service was really good and the menu options are endless. I took apicture of the QR code so you can check yourself. The location in Miramar is very easy to find and close to I-75. A lot of freeparking outside. The building is spaceous and very well decorated. The experience is not cheap, but worth the visit. Read more
We all had a nice time and meal was good, the only thing that was a little disturbing is the chef going around the table with... his cash app information for his tip. I have never experienced anything like that before. Read more
We can’t here for my nephews birthday and it was everything we could ask for. The cook was very funny and talented. He made us... feel at home and the food was very very delicious. I ordered the mojito and Rocky’s choice. I would be coming back here forsure! Read more
