Worst Chick-fil-A, the service is very slow, we had to wait 20 minutes to get our food at the table, after 5 minutes we notice... that the Supervisor just came inside of the restaurant with a guy who was taking orders in the drive thru and told him that hehad to put the chairs over the tables and we felt like if they were just trying to let us know that we have to leave therestaurant soon, and after that the person who was cleaning just came to us asking to please do not put the garbage on thegarbage can, just leave everything on the table. We didn?t finish our food and just stepped out. I just took the picture at9:31pm and they are supposed to closed at 10:00 pm. There food is good but the service is very bad at this location. Never again. I literally waited for 40 mins at 9am. To then be TOLD to move up and then given my food after the three cars... behind me got theirs. No explanation no apology nothing. This is a new store, definitely not starting out on the right foot! Read more
I have gone there now the 3rd time in the morning as the website stated they open at 6:30am. This is my 3rd time going and they... never open at 6:30 and then they take orders 4 minutes later. They have to be more considerate that folks need to get to work bya certain time. If you can?t have things ready by opening, change the opening time. I know Morning preparedness is important butdon?t state you will open and not be ready nor opened. Read more
Service is always 5 star at a Chic-Fil-A, and so is the food! ???????? But that long wait and merging checkout lane? Nope! Even... though there is a sign asking guests to merge every other car, there are some nitwits who block and cut off others duringmerges. Also, ongoing construction in the area make for a hairy entry/exit onto the parkway. I hope things get smoother. It isa new location, so a little time, patience and hopefully decorum from patrons will ease the congestion. Will still patronize butmaybe skip the heavy traffic hours, especially for a mobile order. Update: Visited drive-thru in the evening and they are not organized. No no flow nor numbering system for order. The second lane... drops and combines with the other lane and makes the line stagnant to get your food. 8/19/22 Newest location in Miramar. Theyare the standard issue Chic Fil A. New, clean facility; I went inside to place my food order. Placing my order was easy but ittook a while to get my order they'll have a rhythm soon. Read more
Long wait in drive thru and then charged me for cheese on my sandwiches which I did not get. None of the sandwiches had cheese.
This is the slowest chick-fil-a EVERRRRR!!! I went through the drive through, ordered, waited 15 mins, then got to the front... just to find out that the girl didn?t even take my order. So I had to order again and wait another 10 mins. Then when I got myfood it wasn?t hot! And to top it off they didn?t offer any type of accommodation. So much for customer service. Excellent fast food option. Service was amazing. The only reason I can't give a perfect score is because we had to wait a... considerable amount of time for our food. Unfortunately, customers were standing all around the counter waiting for theirfood, which was not an ideal situation. Read more
