We were looking for a specific cake and other locations close to our house were out of stock. When I called this location they... were very professional over the phone, once I found out they only had 1 cake in stock I requested if they could hold it forme. They were very kind and courteous and saved it for me. Once I arrived the service provided over the phone was no differentfrom how they took care of me inside the store. Story Time! Yesterday at 11 AM, I went to pick up a birthday cake for my new boss. I went to open the door, and found it locked.... I looked at the hours to find that they open at 12 PM. I'm assuming the look of sheer horror on my face is what made the (Iassume) manager feel bad, and he graciously let me in and took care of my order. Thank you very much, Roy! Really great & positive experience at this Cold Stones location in Miramar. The employees are ALWAYS super friendly & welcoming.... Also, they always make sure they get their orders right & add extra toppings if asked. My brother & I have gone to this locationseveral times & never disappointed.
