Worst Dominos Experience ever! Pizza dough was undercooked and a puddle of oil in the middle of the cheese pizza. Had to throw... both pizzas away! Called the store and no response. Sent an email to corporate and waiting for a response. We are done with thislocation. Will have to do pick-up from the Pembroke Pines store that used to deliver our order. Read more

Ordered a medium cheese and medium thin crust pepperoni. Thin crust was burnt to a crisp. No flavor whatsoever. It disintegrated... when I took my first bite. Cheese pizza was overbaked too. Absolutely terrible and I'll never order from this place again. Read more
This must be the absolute worst experience I've had at a Domino's location to date. Jessica displayed absolutely rude and vile... behavior tonight. I don't understand how she could be the "acting manager" of the night. She yelled at me in anargumentative/fighting tone. They played around in the store until it began to storm and they definitely weren't coming outthen. We waited for the storm to subside and called the store to see if they'd bring it out. At this point it had been 40-45minutes of waiting. They ignored our call and the call of the neighboring car that was waiting prior to our arrival. I got outand asked why she didn't answer and I was disrespected by Jessica. I asked for a manager's contact card and she said she is themanager and she doesn't have to give me anything more. She refused to refund the food, showed poor customer service, and hadabsolutely no manners. We were excited for this location to open because of it's convenience and what I thought would be a greatexperience. It was very poor! They didn't even make the food right. I'm just appalled and disgusted at this entire ordeal.Jessica's attitude was horrendous. She is young enough to be my child. My children would never act this way with customers. Thisissue needs to addressed. Jessica needs to be reprimanded because she is a provoker and will encounter the wrong person withthat attitude. She also devalues the entire institution. Read more
Outstanding service, exceeded my expectations. Pizza was delicious, fresh and hot. Fast service from Karla she was very kind... with my girlfriend and I, I had a mix up over the phone, from my part, and Jessica the manager was very quick to solve it. I will say this before anything else, it is partially my fault. I order food from this store quite frequently and never had any... problems. I would also like to note that I got a new phone number about a year ago. Now back to today, I ordered my food, and itwas marked as delivered but I had not received it. I called the store, only to have to wait on hold for about 20 minutes beforeanyone picked up the phone. I was told the driver could not find my apartment, which is very easy to find, and they went back tothe store. What gives them such a low rating in my book is the fact that they marked it complete, and didnt issue a refund untilI called. I understand I am partially to blame for not updating my phone number, but since I got a new number I have orderedfrom the store about 10ish times. Not once has there been an issue. Also when someone did finally answer the phone at the storethey were extremely rude, even before I had asked about my order. I will most likely continue to eat donminoes but never againfrom this store. Read more
