Horrible service!!! Coffee was not that great. No customer acknowledgment. Left me in line. I ordered a pumpkin muffin and they... were out no offer to fix it. When i asked for something else it was bagged and put aside. I order donuts to go after waiting 10minutes and the employees just looking at me and walked by. When I got my donuts the employee forgot to give me the bag with theroll in it. Not going back here. Not even for free!! Read more

I hate that I have to give this store a one STAR. Because it's truly NOT. It's the individual that works there and should... be terminated. I visited this store numerous times over the years and the staff was exceptional. Yesterday I came through the drive thru and purchased a strawberry coolata. This male with girl tendency, handed me the drink as if it was something nasty in his hand. The beverage was $4.00 and change. I gave a $5.00 bill and did not receive my change. We k asked for it andalso a straw, he/ she stated to me that it was only 6 or 7 cents. I can't remember which of the two. Then he/she says Idon't want to mess up your pockets. This is MY CHANGE. I asked if he/ she had a problem? Then he/she asked if I had one? Ashe / she closed the window, yelled you got the right one!!! He/She should NOT be in the drive thru. Read more
Completely ripped off. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and it hardly had any cream cheese at all. Just a small smear on one... half of one side of one bagel. I cant remember the last time I've written a bad review about anything, I'm not picky, but thisis too far. Read more
After 1.5 yrs of working from home during the Covid pandemic, I found it hard (time-wise) to prep breakfast when I returned to... the office. This Dunkin makes breakfast easy to grab & go. The manager runs a well-oiled machine, that drive-thru keeps flowing.The coffee options are on point & they typically deliver well on special requests (i.e. extra toasted). The staff is efficient &friendly, especially ?Trease? (sp?) who kills it w/ attentiveness & warm customer service. This Dunkin helps ease the burden ofa downtown Miami drive. Usually me and my toddler goes to Starbucks but since we moved in the area we decided to give this Dunkin? Donuts a try.... Yesterday after I picked her up from school we came here to only be ignored for 10 mins and I should?ve noticed the last fewpeople who walked out with their hands empty. On June 10, 2021 we came in the early morning to be ignored for almost a good 7mins.. which is how I never experienced Dunkin?. Eh. It's a Dunkin' donuts and you can get food. But that's about all. There's not any pleasantries or Smiles or over the top... customer service to blow you away. But there's a drive-thru and everything Dunkin Donuts serves so you will get what you camefor. Read more
