Very unprofessional, there is no communication , we were there almost 2 hours , they need a lot of guidance, they have plenty of... staff, they only focus mainly only on Uber eats and door dash , PLEASE IF YOUR READY TO SIT AND WAIT 2 hours to eat , then moveover to another restaurant !! My biggest mistake was ordering at this IHOP location. This is possibly the slowest and most inconvenient place I've ever... visited. Expect a long wait time and plenty of limitations to food options. The worker offers little help with rewardredemption, no cheese, no honey or syrup, and no grits available! I usually dnt dine in but I did & Rochelle was awesome; she was tired but didn't rush me as well as provided good... service. Ricky killed the steak tips... Okkk! ????
