920 Sunday. 7 empty tables people waiting. Hostesses could tell they didn't want to be there. Won't acknowledge when someone... needs to be seated. They had at least 10 orders for pick up. Don't use the menu as a reference for the food they make. It is most definitely subpar and not worth it
I've been here before but this time experience was not good. Ordered French Toast which had a weird taste to them. Sausage and... bacon were nasty. Asking server for assistant could have been better without her giving me faces like I was bothering her (tothe point that even my 13 year old noticed it). I will not be going to this location again. This location is absolutely terrible. I went in for the minion menu a few weeks ago and they had nothing available. The server... there was really not accommodating. I had 2 kids with me and she left us with drinks and without straws for 15 minutes. Thenthey brought out the adult meals before the kids. When I tried to tell the server who brought the meal that this wasn't rightshe went and started arguing with me and said well we ran out we don't have that. I asked her well what are you bringing myniece because her meal is still supposed to be coming if you ran out. Then I tried to explain and suggest an alternative insteadbut she cut me off and left. My niece and nephew are 9 and they wanted to know why they were being so rude. I can get past awaiter being rude but to bring out kids drinks without straws and kids meals last is ridiculous. This is a nice and cozy IHOP, if you just want to get some work done or even have a nice quit lunch. Well this IHOP is the... place to go. Good customer service from the staff to manager. Food is hot when you get it and very tasty. Clean the wait time iszero nice waiting area if you do have too wait. Sorry i will have to upload a picture next time i go back. Zero stars to be honest. Worst service of my life. Ordered food in person only to wait 1 hour and 17 minutes for my food. The... staff have horrific attitudes like we owe them something. Couldn?t even notify us of how long the wait time will be. This hasgot to be the worst IHOP of all time. Do yourselves a favor and don?t go there. They should close the place up. Never again!!!
