Waited over an hour when I had made an order online. We got an email that the pizza was ready when we came we stood in the hot... establishment for about an hour. Terrible customer service. Lobby full of people and employees are in the back laughing and not being productive. I waited over... 10 mins to pick up a pizza that was ready and oven. When I spoke loudly and stated that my order was ready and that I was justhere to pick up, someone replied? we?ll be there in a moment ma?am?. Do yourself a favor and don?t go to this location. You willjust end up frustrated with the poor service. I normally go to a different location and will never return here again. Read more
We ordered online. The pizza was fresh out of the oven and the order was accurate. The worker was very efficient.

Very disappointed, placed an order on app for 5 items to be delivered, only received 2, tried calling location, no answer,... called number in app, gave up after 25 minutes on hold. Wife called a third number and they helped by giving us a refund, butthat didn't fix the issue of not enough food to feed family. I'll think twice if I ever decide to get Little Caesars again. The customer service at this location was very poor. I asked the young lady for another pizza because as you can see this on was... burned and she took it went to the back made me wait an additional 30min to give me the same pizza I returned. ordered 2 pizzas with doordash and after an hour they canceled it due to technical difficulties! few months later... I decided... to give this place another shot. disappointed and frustrated!!! 50 minutes waiting for 2 pizzas!! they said 15 minutes and wheni come they had only one done and FORGOT to make the other pizza! when i finally opened the pizza box i was DISGUSTED. This poor girl at the register. Clearly under staffed. Phone never stopped ringing, customers upset and nothing she could do.... Help your employees. Don?t allow online orders to say a time they clearly can?t do. Read more
