Usually takes a long wait to get your order inside?
This location has gone down hill drastically! What happened to the owner of this place? The drive thru line always takes 20... minutes or more. Every single person that works here has a nasty attitude. 9 times out of 10 they give you the wrong order. Foodis always cold and hard as a rock. Save yourself the frustration and go to the other McDonalds East of I75. This place lost along time customer for good. Wish I had names to add to this. Read more

Seems the right side of the drive thru was not working, since I had cars behind me I needed to go forward after speaking into... the speaker system 4 - 5 times with no answer, only to get attitude from the girl window asking how long was I there since shedidnt hear me. Sabrina is very rude . No people skills . The mobile order system was down and instead of simply saying they?re having technical... difficulties she blamed me , while I show her the app that it didn?t give me a code I was told I did something wrong even afterI showed her the app wasn?t responding. When I told them I was gonna call tomorrow she very proudly let me know that she didn?tcare and to come in tomorrow at 7 . Calling corporate because this isn?t the way you treat people . She could have easily said?sorry sir let me find out why the code isn?t working . As a Customer, McDonald?s is always some of those place you enjoy to go and get some food at, but this McDonald?s location in... particular might be the worst ones around the area. Long waiting lines for the drive-through service, or no waiting lines withridiculous waiting times. Orders get messed up regularly, cold food, bad service and no common sense from the associates. If youask for 4 drinks and 2 sundaes, wouldn?t you put those over a tray? But no, these people handles you these amount of cupswithout it, unless you ask for it? really?? Is just common sense. I think the McDonald?s organization should put more effort onqualifying for the right people! You guys are providing a restaurant service, fast food but at the end is food, and us ascustomers should be taken more seriously. Read more
