I’ve been coming here ever since i was a little girl. this place never disappoints. the lighting is dim, the ambiance is... relaxing, and the waiters are kind. i always get the JB roll, miso soup, and crab ragoons. Read more
This place never disappoints. Sushi is fresh and the price are not too crazy either. The only thing I didn’t like was that... they made me wear a mask to liters walk to my table and to the restroom in their small establishment. Everywhere else is back tonormal and this was not okay. Read more
We came by recommendation of a friend and had a great experience. The Gyoza was perfectly crisp and calamari was a large plate... (i remembered to take photos after we started devouring). I've gone to Nami Sushi on Miramar Pkwy 30+ times over the last year for pickup, but I've never ordered by phone for pickup. My... wife had the credit card for grocery shopping and asked me to call in order for pickup, so she wouldn't have to wait. We wereonly ordering 2 rolls. The lady, "Maria", taking the orders said she couldn't start the order on a first time phone orderwithout payment info. I asked if there was an exception given how often we go there. She said no and hung up without anotherword. I called back to ask for the manager. She said they were out for the day. I asked who was left in charge. She said noone. I again asked if she was ready to lose a frequent customer because a simple decision can't be made. She said business wasfine and hung up again. At no point was I impatient or rude. She is simply bad at her job or blindly following rules with noeffective management above her to allow for free thinking and independent decisions. This is the first review I've ever leftfor any restaurant. Nami sushi will not miss me, as they made it clear. But, customer service has to count for something giventhe prices for "okay" food we pay in Miami. They've lost my business over a couple of Sushi rolls. I get its a non-issue forMaria and Nami, but it just sucks that the customers have to put up with this type of treatment. Good bye, Nami, I will missyour Harry Rolls. But, somehow we'll manage.
