Just order a pizza as an award for my employee. Upon receiving the Liza the topping were not throughly cook and the cheese was... very thin and barely there. I called the store to speak with someone just to be argued with and told the pizza is fine. Theyrequested I send them pictures and they still closed to go back and forth with me. I should have looked at the reviews before Iordered from here. I several companies who order the 6 pizza party pack all the time and never had an issue. I think Idefinitely tell my stores and current company sites to avoid this location at all cost . It's one thing to serve bad product bythen to argue with a customer who calls disappointed looking for a resolution. Then you place me on hold just to have someoneelse pick up and have no clue why I'm on hold and ask me to explain the entire situation again. Pizza was good temp, taste and within good time. 5/27/22 1 of the workers register not very friendly. No greet , was very... short and more of her attention was on her cell phone , which I felt an employee should not be in use of cell phone whilecustomers at store. Today is May 6 Mother?s Day weekend my son wanted to order a medium chicken pizza with traditional sauce pizza was delivered... with ranch instead I called the store to inform them that my kids do not eat the ranch spoke to Mariam who was very insensitiveto what we want it she was very rude I had no care I explain to her that I was tired not feeling well and that I would just comeand pick the pizza up drove all the way to the store in my pajamas only for eyes in the general manager that was even worse refuse to make the pizza for my kids the world has gotten so cold these days it makes me not even want to order or eat outanymore the way people deal with human beings they really don?t care how they treat the customers, I was very surprised and wasnever treated like this the pizza was left at the store and I still did not receive my refund nor the pizza I explain to Ivanthat my son is just a kid he still did not care still did not want to remake the pizza after getting the pizza back I highlydoubt that I will be ordering from this Papajohns ever again I hope that as a general manager and a manager that you feel goodabout how you treated me as a black woman and my kids. I have to share a pleasant experience from this Papa John's location. I worked with the General Manager Ivan for a large order... for a school. I called in advance to place the order for a Saturday. Ivan was very helpful and took the order from me himself tomake sure the details were entered correctly. He reached out to me on that Saturday to let me know the order was processing andwhen it was ready. Since the school was close by, I picked up the order and pulled up to the front door. Ivan and his team wereready for me and loaded all of the pizzas in my trunk. Ivan and his team will do what they can to help their customers. Been coming to this papa Johns since they opened. Whenever I get a great pizza I make sure to tip the exact person who made my... order. Today not so great so I didn?t tip the pizza maker but he did tell me something I found funny. With a straight face hetold me that my pizza barely had cheese on it because the jalepeno juices moved the cheese? (I assume he?s the GM) Initially Ithought he said the juices suck up the cheese but he corrected me and said it just moved the cheese ?. Comedy!
