This Pizza Hut with the manager Armanda is just unprofessional. They advised me once I called to find out why I hadn?t gotten my... pizza for my middle school children was canceled . The reason why was because they weren?t able to contact me who lives in agated community that has a gate code. Nor was my personal number called by the driver or the store manager Armanda . Extremely poor service Malcolm night seft manager On Sunday nights disrespectful and very rude . I placed an order On the phone... for pick up .When I arrived He advised me that they were not taking anymore orders I told him that I already placed the order hesaid it doesn't matter that they're closed. I usually like Pizza Hut but I just ordered a large pizza and brownie from this location and both pizza and brownie were under... cooked. Brownie was soft and mushy and pizza bread looked pale white, the whole pizza not just the crust. Weird! Won't beordering from here again! Read more
Pizza was burnt and half done at the same time. Crust was doughy but the top was burnt. Didn't have enough toppings and tasted... blah. Staff was too busy talking about what they did the day before instead of taking care of the customer. Really badexperience on July 15 2022. Tighten up Pizza Hut. Great location with excellent service! On the outside the store looks like a little hole in the wall, but inside is clean and... the staff are friendly. Every time I order from here the food is ready fast and everything tastes so fresh without being greasy! Read more
I tend to gravitate towards more independent pizzerias but must admit I recently had a good experience w/ this Pizza Hut. Takes... me back to childhood. Malcom & a couple of other staff members were friendly & helpful. My personal pizza (chicken & pepperoni-I forgot to take a pic) was fresh, tasty & the perfect size. I will be back. Be careful when you order from here! Staff does not car and will use old pizza to build yours. I ordered a personal pan and... the used an old one that another client did not pick up. Topped it off with the toppings I requested. It was old. Dry. And cold. (See photo as proof) Read more
