Been here 3 times. Employees seem sad to be working. One time a manager told an employee to figure out who's gonna take my order... because she said she wasn't in charge of the front. They forget side orders. They seem to be more interested in talking witheach other than actually helping. One right down the street. Head that way Read more
My husband got the original Cuban sandwich, the pork looked and tasted like it was a week old. Threw it away, would have taken... it back but we were 12 miles away. This place used to be so good, the last two times we have tried it, the food was terrible. Read more
I ordered take out for my family's dinner. Upon trying to order, the associate was not very pleasant. She was not friendly... when I asked specific questions about the menu items. I asked for corn as a side item and the response was, "we out of corn." I adjusted my request for something that was available. When I reached the window to pay for and receive my food, the younglady was not friendly--again. Additionally, I ordered and paid for plantains; however upon getting home there were no plantainsin the bag. Read more

I have been here a couple times and my most recent visit was the worst. After ordering a large family meal combo option, I had... to go back to the counter as they gave me my food without any chicken. Fine. As I actually eat my food, I see that their beansare extremely watered down. No exaggeration -- the black beans I ordered had around 75% water, 25% beans. As if all this isn'tpoor enough, I find individual hairs on my food plate. I am completely disgusted at the quality of food here. If anyone readsthis, I encourage you to eat elsewhere. Read more
This is one of the better Pollo Tropicals, service is quick , helpful service. Food is very good ????
