I waited over 30 minutes inside, got home and I was missing food. There is no number on the receipt or Google to contact a... manager. I had to go back and waited even longer to get my correct order however, a manager corrected the problem and I wassatisfied. Read more
Are you angry and have no patience? Do you want everything perfect? Well you must be one of those still wearing a mask leaving... bad reviews at this location. I am not lazy I left my car and went inside and placed my order. I met with Angie who is verypolite asian young lady who smiled and was friendly and understood my order. The only issue they should have more napkinsavailable in reach not just the ones they give you when you place the order and as you know eating fried chicken can be messy.While I was there this customer who was an angry black woman with british accent yelling over her drive though issue. Let herwork for minimum wage at fast food place nothing is easy and there should be people who act human and to treat others withrespect. My review here is the food is fresh and delicious and the store was clean. I still give this location 5 stars I amhappy it's at this location so I don't have to travel to university drive anymore. The food was good. I've been looking forward to finally having a Popeye's nearby and getting to eat those yummy biscuits.... Ordered the 8 piece family meal and when I get home... no biscuits, just an empty box. Just want to give some constructivecriticism and that is to limit the number of hands handling the orders. Worst Popeyes experience, do NOT waste your money at this location. I ordered 2 spicy chicken combos $20.25. The chicken was... old, the buns were hard, and the fries were just thrown in the bottom of the bag. The prices go up and the quality goes down. Ialways considered Popeyes better then Chick-fil-A, but I'm starting to second guess myself. Read more
