I ordered a pizza requested sauce to be added. They gave me a 40 mins wait for pickup. I arrived and I still waited 30minutes in... store for my pizza just to get home to find my order did not have the sauce. Had i not waited 30 extra minutes for this pizza itwould not have been an issue, but what made it worse is when I called to let them know they messed up my order they told me Ishould have checked my pizza to make sure it had sauce first. I think that?s a bit outrageous?Im expected to find sauceunderneath the cheese of my pizza? when I asked to speak to a manager. The manager did not get on the phone. Instead theyoffered me a credit on my next pizza. They said they could not provide a refund or a discount and told me to check my pizza nexttime?again. This place is usually amazing but after tonight?s experience I will not be retuning to this location. Verydisapppinting. Read more
WOW! They showed up earlier than expected, and food was still hot. BEST pizza I have had in Florida!! It reminded me of... Western NY pizza which I have not had in a very long time. The wings, in my opinion, were fabulous. Thank you Sals! Read more
Almost two hours later the food is delivered to the wrong address. The homeowners called us to tell us the food was delivered... there. The food was disgusting. The calamari sauce spilled everywhere and was cold and flaccid. Will never eat from here again.Called the restaurant and was just put on hold. Read more
Awesome service came in at 7:00pm it was busy for a Monday they had only one waitress. She was running around taking care of... everyone. The chef came out to help and asked what I was drinking. He got me my beer in a chilled mug. Wasn?t expecting that.Love it when chef comes out to help. The waitress was professional and highly efficient and very nice. I would recommend youcome visit. A ravioli dish worth 16 dollars is not worth the portion size and quality I received, service was poor and dejected. It had the... same flavor I can find in the Frozen aisle of a grocery store. I ordered chicken Caesar salad wrap and the Italian sausage. Via GrubHub. 90 minutes .. 35 min. longer than original estimate.... Driver had to wait 10-15 minutes .. I requested plastic ware/napkins. I got neither. The Caesar salad wrap was just ?eh? as itwas very heavy on the greens and very light on the chicken. The Italian sausages were disgusting. Two of them swimming in a seaof runny marinara sauce. Not sure how they expect me to eat them with no utensils as I?m in a hotel. When I did taste one, itwas under seasoned. Save yourself the trouble and move on to another Italian restaurant. Read more
