I love this place so much?I go at least 3 times a week but I have to be honest there is a young lady employed here that is... coughing constantly over your food . It?s almost like as soon as she gets ready to hand it to you she coughs. If you avoid herhelping you everything else is perfect. I have been there in several occasions including today and this has happened. ???? Read more

I was in the mood for coffee and sweets and decided to stop by at Vicky Bakery. I purchased $27 worth of sweets and a medium... coffee. I was never asked how many sugars I wanted in my coffee and the woman (Johana) made my coffee extremely sweet it wasimpossible to consume it. I politely asked her to please re do it again without any sugar. Apparently that was too much to askthat she engaged into an argument with me and the girl that took my order. She said that I had to pay to get my coffee doneagain because it wasn?t her fault that I never stated I wanted no sugar in my coffee. I said not a problem, even thought I feltthis being the most ridiculous thing I?ve ever heard. Never in my entire life I?ve heard a customer has to pay all over againbecause their coffee wasn?t done accordingly to their taste. Not even Starbucks has this type of policy and we are talking about$8-9 coffees. They make sure they make it right for their clients. This woman was so nasty that I just decided to get my moneyback for my coffee and walk away. I regret leaving $5 tip for services. I?ve been coming here for years and unfortunately Iwill not be giving my business to this place as long as this woman is there. ???????????????????????????????? To the owner checkyour cameras this happened on Thursday Aug 18th at 6:10pm. Read more

The Vicky bakeries in Miami are better. They forgot the bacon in my breakfast online order. The most crucial part of a Saturday... morning breakfast! On top of that, they leave all the coffee cups on the counter with the order receipt underneath them blockingthe names, so people anxiously waiting for their order starter touching ALL the cups instead of letting the workers to theirjob. The fries were soggy and the toast was sad and floppy. Alternatively, the coffee and the eggs were good. I'm normallypatient but something was not right about this experience. 2 stars instead of one because I know this location is not arepresentation of the Miami locations. I used to enjoy the ones down south all the time but this one and the one on pines havebeen not so great. Read more

The staff is always friendly, the location is clean and all their items are made fresh and taste delicious. I can?t come to... Miami without visiting Vicky Bakery for some delicious Pastelitos, Sandwiches and Croquetas to bring home to Orlando. Once myfamily knows I am here they call me and place their orders, so I end up bringing home more than one box. The staff is alwaysvery nice and patient with me, they pack each pastelito order in separate boxes and they label each box for me. This trip Iordered a variety of pastelitos (beef, cheese, guava, guava and cheese) and an order of 25 mini ham croquetas. Yummy! I havealso eaten Pan con Bistec sandwich and Croqueta Preparada Sándwich, both these sandwiches were made fresh and were delicious.Another thing I love that they have is freshly squeezed Orange Juice. I wish they had a location up here in Orlando, but untilthat happens I will continue to visit this location when I am in town and I will bring the food home with me. Read more

Vicky Bakery has been my go-to for the last couple of days for the special breakfast for $5.99 that includes eggs with ham,... bacon or chorizo, fries, toast, and a coffee. I usually order online to avoid the wait. And I love the fact that my coffee isstill warm by the time I come and pick it up. There's always a crowd here but they manage it and everybody leaves satisfied. Thefood is a great value. The pastries look amazing but have yet to try them. Read more

I?ve always gone to the west Vicky so it was a treat to go to this location in miramar. My favorite part were the motivational... phrases on the wall. I?ve always enjoyed the croquetta and pastries...so the decorations were a nice surprise. Traditional foodfor a born and raised south florida cuban girl. Read more
