I actually never got my food. I was 3rd in line at the drive through and after 17 minutes I was finally able to back out. The... same car was at the window the entire time. Obviously the employees nor the person in the vehicle had any sense or considerationand neither thought to move up. The last few times the service has been horrible with items missing from bag when I got homeafter being assured that the order was complete. This place is terrible. The door was locked no signage. Took me two minutes of knocking on the window, once me and my kids got... in I asked why the door was closed and he/ manager said short staff but there was 5-6 people working so they didn?t take ourorder, We /me and my kids ended up leaving ask for a number to complain they refused to give me anything, Sad this restaurantchain was started by a great man, don?t give them your business they are terrible don?t even get me started on how bad theinterior looks. Employees act like they are doing me a favor when they give me the food. They forget we are consumers and we are paying for the... service.
