I actually never got my food. I was 3rd in line at the drive through and after 17 minutes I was finally able to back out. The... same car was at the window the entire time. Obviously the employees nor the person in the vehicle had any sense or considerationand neither thought to move up. The last few times the service has been horrible with items missing from bag when I got homeafter being assured that the order was complete. This place is terrible. The door was locked no signage. Took me two minutes of knocking on the window, once me and my kids got... in I asked why the door was closed and he/ manager said short staff but there was 5-6 people working so they didn?t take ourorder, We /me and my kids ended up leaving ask for a number to complain they refused to give me anything, Sad this restaurantchain was started by a great man, don?t give them your business they are terrible don?t even get me started on how bad theinterior looks. tried to lunch inside - store had people inside already eating, but doors were closed at 12:30 - After knocking for minutes... another customer came to open the door, workers said shop was closed (at lunch time - amazing) - no signs on both doors sayingthey were closed, had to walk my kids through the open drive through lanes. never returning to this store? Definitely worth a visit. The person working the drive thru was very polite and professional. He seemed like genuinely nice... person. His name is Greg. The food was hot and freshly made. The fries were also hot and fresh. It was a quick stop on a tripdown to Miami with hungry kids in the car. I'll definitely pass by again soon. I have always enjoyed my meals at Wendy's, but not in this case. I stopped in for a quick bite. The customer service was great,... the associate at the counter, a petite lady with gold teeth (12:35 pm on 10/09) was very welcoming and polite. I was howeverdisappointed about 2 things. 1. The fries were horrible, seems the fryer oil is old or not filtered. 2. I watched one of theladies pulled her cellphone from her bra, checked her messages and went back to serving food. When I told the cashier I did notwant her to serve me because she did not wash her hands, she gladly had another associate make my lunch. She was lateridentified as the shift manager. Employees act like they are doing me a favor when they give me the food. They forget we are consumers and we are paying for the... service. This is the second time I go to this Wendy's and the employees have an attitude. Not friendly at all. If you don't likeyour job, look for another one that fits you best. Thanks~Martika Read more
