Poor service. Check your order before you pull off, especially the drinks. Cold fries ????. I asked for 2 frostys with my meals.... They didn?t give them to me after I reminded them I was missing drinks and straws. I drove back to get my frostys and they gaveme the two melted strawberry and chocolate ?frostys ? which was now room temperature ???? milk ????. I won?t be back. The employees and managers were hanging around talking and walking around while they had a long drive-thru and upset people... waiting for their food or to place their order I waited over 10 mins to just place my order and even longer for them to do mytransaction which was cash and the system and draw was fine so?due to the lack of urgency and effort these workers had when Igot my food my ice cream was watery and my loaded fries look like they were just thrown in the container Read more

I'm coming off negative here but this wendys is just awful. Not the food but the service itself. The biggest gripe is how slow... it is. For some odd reason no one can go inside now so you have to do takeout but it will take you 10 minutes just to make yourorder and another 20 to receive it. You're better off finding another one or going to taco bell/kfc next door Read more

Waited 20 minutes in drive through. Got to the speaker waited another 3 minutes before young lady responded "Wendy's we closed".... This was before 11:30pm. Several cars behind us and they took the order before us. No apology or anything for the long waitwith NO service. Read more

This Wendy's is sometimes good. This particular was one that wasn't the best. I asked for pineapple mango. It taste like... lemonade and a bit of mango. Never had it taste like that before. Wendy's breakfast biscuits are amazingly good! The service at this location does need improvement though. I recently started... using the Wendy's app to order. The first time I used the app to pick up in the drive-thru, I was told that "Mobile ordersshould be picked up inside." Strange since the app shows options for inside, drive-thru and curbside. I then went a few dayslater and because the drive-thru line was very long went ahead inside. There was a couple of people who were in the lobby beforeI entered. We all stood there for several minutes. Those ahead of me then decided to leave. I waited some additional time andwas asked by the gentleman serving the drive-thru what I would like to order. He then proceeded to serve the cars in thedrive-thru window. Moments later another employee approached the counter after speaking to the other gentleman in drive-thru andtold me "The lobby is closed." Once again strange since I was clearly standing in the lobby. I left and had breakfast at thecompetition that day. Days later, I used the app once again to order breakfast for pick up in the drive-thru. I was once againtold by the same gentleman that mobile orders should be picked up in the restaurant. I got my food, went around to go inside therestaurant, but the door was locked. Strange because if I had tried going inside for my mobile order, I wouldn't have been ableto get my food by picking up inside like he suggested. I really hope that this employee receives the proper training on servingmobile orders. Normally a place I go to knowing I will have decent food and a decent dining experience. I have never been to this location and... it will definitely be the last time. Service was outrageously slow in the afternoon on a SATURDAY! Appeared to be only 3 activeemployees moving at a leisurely pace and 1 who was just refilling the lemonades. Everyone in the line was upset but the drivethru was longer and nothing else in the plaza was open. No one was cleaning or restocking the common area. There were nonapkins, spoons, or ketchup. The soda fountain only had coke, fanta, and root beer but you didnt find that out until it was toolate. One order was wrong and had to be fixed. The rest of the food was cold. The $5 meals had no barbecue sauce even thoughrequested and WHO TOLD WENDY'S TO CHANGE THE BARBECUE SAUCE!!! Its horrible. After waiting 30 minutes to be served cold food ina dirty establishment, it was even a mission to throw it away as there were only 2 garbage cans in the whole dining area and onewas and remained overflowing the entire time we were there.
