When I got there they had a sign that said we must to sit only on the bar, but since I was with my daughter the lady give me a... table, with out me asking , there were only one person on the shift, but she still give us attention and really good customerservice. It's not often I venture out for any outside eatery, let alone go after dark. Introverted, and trying to get a little bit more... time out making some new memories withy partner. As luck would have it, I ran across a gift card that added just the extra pushI needed to accept the challenge. At first, upon entering, I was skeptical of the way the night out was going to go. Largely,due to having to wait a lot longer than I had remembered it, to be seated. However, the very bubbly and out-going bartender,Angel,was very responsive and informative when I approached to investigate. They atmosphere was very lively and fun. The staffwas friendly, but very busy. Dealing with the usual day-to-day ups and downs, they were backlogged and the wait for a table wasapproximately 40 minutes or the other option was to sit at the bar, and after a long day in the heat, we chose the bar. As itwould turn out, it was the best choice. The absolute best seats in the place, but only because of the Angel, the bartender. She was spot on with her service, maintaining the entire bar, the food, and finding time to conversate with the locals. Herdemeanor, personality and knowledge/skills made my 1st night out in over a year a complete success! If you are in the MiramarBeach, Fl area, please stop by and see her and her co-workers. The best burgers ever. But you have to wait a very long time waiting for your order.
We love Applebees and their happy hour! However this location has been going downhill the past couple of years. Service is the... worst in the industry! No hostess to seat you upon entering. If you go to the bar, your lucky if you ever get waited on past the1st drink. The food usually tastes fine and good portions. The older lady at the bar is always complaining about something.She?s worked there for years. The shift manager is rude. I visited there once again today, some lady rudely shouted were closedaccording to the sign on the ?unlocked? door. Said help would arrive shortly. Called 2 hours later, had no employees yet! Very good place. Has good food and average prices. The staff is friendly also keep in mind this Applebee's is low on staff. The... bathrooms also are shaped a little werid but their clean. Overall it's good to eat at. Here's a picture of a meal. TheApplebee's piglet with honey BBQ sauce (may have put wrong name wasn't sure 100%) with steamed broccoli and classic fries. Thereis also the ribs full slab with green beans and broccoli. Would recommend this place to others. Read more
Ordered Tex- Mex shrimp bowl and a side of tomato basil soup for carry-out. Was delivered a cup of tomato basil soup and a... condiment side of guacamole. Reached out to resturant to let them know my order was wrong. Employees who answered was rude andtold me I deleted that from my order. I told her I had the receipt where I paid for it. She put me on hold without sayinganything. A few minutes later Manager I guess picks up he didn?t introduce himself and told me that I could place another order(and pay again) or call customer service number. It was 12:30 already and this was my lunch. I basically pause 17.64 for a cupof tomato soup and a condiment side of guacamole!!! No customer service! Never go here!! Horrible experience!!! First time at this Applebee's. I almost walked out when we came in because it did not look clean inside. We sat in the booth and... still was not sure we wanted to stay. The waitress came and got our drink order right away and then got our food order. It tookforever for our food to come out, the longer we waited the more we regretted staying. But when our food finally came out, itlooked good and tasted good. However I would not recommend this Applebee's due to the cleanliness of this restaurant. I am surethat they are very short of employees, but they need to keep it cleaner. Read more
