I LOVE this chick-fil-a! Always such great service and fresh food.
We had this twice while in town and this is, unquestionably, the saddest Chic Fil A I?ve been to. We experienced teenage... employees throwing drinks on each other in the drive thru line next to our car, lukewarm food, and slow service when we went in?off? hours. First i walk in order ice cream cup, qt ice cream and a strawberry lemonade. Everything was going good until i started noticing... one of the workers making obvious unpleasant faces to customers when they asked her questions, she gave a very uncomfortablefeeling. Fast forward about 20 mins i still haven?t gotten any thing i orderd, I asked someone about my order the lady startedlooking nothing of my order is to be found. then waited another 5-6 mins waiting for them to remake, just for it not to beright. Food was perfect, service was a little off. I was asked to pull around for an online order and was forgotten about. After 20... minutes I walked in and spoke with the manager. (order the meal 20 minutes before arriving) the manager was polite and had myorder to me within 2 minutes. Read more
