The brisket sandwich is nearly all fat, and I do mean nearly all. When I was asked which sauce I wanted, I asked the owner... which sauce he recommended. "I don't!" was his reply. Great bbq. Even the small pulled pork sandwich was all I could eat but also enjoyed the sweet baked beans, slaw and peach... cobbler. All the sauces were great which Mr. Quito offered generously but the smoky sweet and smoky hot sauces were myfavorites. Looking forward to my next visit. $16 for a small piece of brisket and two sides. The sides were not edible. The small piece of brisket was good. My wife had a... pulled pork plate. Pork was bland, luke warm ,and watery.
