Manager is very rude and unprofessional. She closes the dining room at lunch time almost everyday to mop or? So at the 11am or... 12pm lunch rush they close the dining room? I placed an online order via APP for PICKUP INSIDE THE RESTAURANT and guess what? The manager makes me walk on foot through the drive through even knowing I used the app for an in store pickup. Yes I had tosqueeze in between the drive through cars to pick up and ate on the sidewalk curb. I'm not going back to a restaurant run by anunprofessional, exceptionally rude manager that gives you the evil eye. I am generally a kind person. I kindly asked a niceemployee to speak with the manager and she said the manager girl refused to come from the back of the kitchen. The managerseems more like a janitor that just doesn't have the communication skills to do management properly. I feel sorry for whoeverowns this particular Taco Hell. Consistently the worst customer service of any restaurant I?ve ever been to. I never leave reviews but this last experience... pushed me over the edge. As soon as when we walked in the door, we were yelled at to use the kiosk, not hello not welcome. Andthere was literally 4/5 employees in the back and one car in the drive-through. We have come through the drive-through and beenrude to numerous times, from no we don?t have that we can?t make that, etc ?we will never visit there again.?. And it?s a shame?. 4 girls are there working. Five cars were trying to order, they stated it was a 20 minute wait and so we parked. I walked up to... the drive through and one girl finally opened the window and i asked if they were still open. She said well? then turn toanother girl and asked. She questioned also. Was not expecting excellent service or even good food but had to leave after just asking for two simple black bean burritos with... cheese. I think that order broke the system. I went inside and started to order after the drive thru person was respondingunprofessionally. The same worker told me not to order on the inside kiosk terminal because she had already started making myfood. I just left I couldn?t deal with the ridiculous vibe. Read more
Came to this Taco Bell and asked for 3 Double Decker Tacos..No they aren?t on the menu anymore. She said she didn?t know what... that was. So I said all it is, is a crunchy taco add a flour tortilla and add beans she proceeded to tell me no! We can?t dothat! I said you can?t add that to a crunchy taco, she said No! We should have left instead of completing our order. We were told that they didn't have enough beef to make a taco party pack.... Our chicken quesadillas were burned tortillas with nothing in them. Most of the employees were behind the building with theirdrive-through headsets on. The owner needs to clean house! Do not waste your time or money! There is zero effort at this one! Read more

It?s 8:30pm and they closed the dining room and very unprofessionally told us to leave and not touch the door. Has an employees... friends or family in dining room messing around.
