I must bring to light the poor management and service observed over the past six months at this establishment. After spending... over 15 years in hospitality management I feel I know good from not good. Rudeness from a staff member (not Matt who is amazing)which is backed by the person identifying herself as the General Manager (although not willing to provide her name when asked??), I must say we must be at the low end of quality recruitment.
