I must bring to light the poor management and service observed over the past six months at this establishment. After spending... over 15 years in hospitality management I feel I know good from not good. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WINE SELECTION!! Saw they carry my favorite wine but was sold out. When I asked, the informed me... there would be a delivery next day of a few bottles. They took my name and number and actually called me back when it arrived!Amazing! 5 stars! Read more

Buyer beware. We were looking at a few bottles at the store and the girl working there said we could ?sample? the whiskey next... door at their associated bar before we bought it. We obliged, thinking they would give us a complementary small taste since wewere buying two (and possibly three) bottles. The girl whispered to the bartender, and they gave us two small pours and thenproceeded to hand us a bill for $60 (two thirds of the cost of the bottle). One of the very few places I can get Blackberry Brandy for the holidays. I wish they had the Mogen David brand. Excellent... customer service and I would recommend checking wine world out next time you visit the Grand boulevard in Miramar Beach. Read more
