I LOVE Dairy Queen! (check any of my reviews on the franchise) I ordered a Flame thrower combo, fries, diet Pepsi no ice and... single flamethrower burger. My daughter ordered 6 piece chicken strip combo with onion rings and a Sprite no ice ( no icebecause of our long drive) Once I pulled out of the window I realised that I was missing food ( no fries and minus one chickenstrip) no napkins or ketchup, the pop was full of ice, and the ranch sauce my daughter ordered was only a quarter full. I wastowing a large trailer and on a tight timeline, so I couldn't turn around and didn't have the time to do it anyway . I asked mydaughter to look up the number to call and lodge a complaint...but it wasn't listed. To be completely honest the food we didget was amazing and perfectly prepared (I just wish more care had been taken with our order) not being able to contact them tocomplain was frustrating. They are a new location, so I hope they work out the bugs. I live so far away that there's not much Ican do to get satisfaction. Read more
I agree with the other reviews about the teenagers who work here- very careless and unprofessional and the reason I would take... away one star. However! The adults who were working, especially today around noon, are wonderful. They gave excellent customerservice and were incredibly friendly. Specifically the lady at the cash, (I think she just showed up and was instantly whiskedinto the mayhem), and the man who served our food. Thank you both! Read more
Did mobile order went in to pick up order asked oriental lady for cups for drink, she looked at me with a blank stare, asked... again explaining I needed cups for my drinks, she then looks at me and says "Oh you mean BEVERAGE CUPS!" that's exactly what Ihad asked for to begin with but I guess my English wasn't exact enough for her!!! SIMPLY RUDE!!! and to top it all off the foodwas so damn salty we couldn't finish it!!!! Do BETTER people or hire competent staff at a decent wage!!!!! Read more

The amount of kids who are working here make this place seems more like a Dairy Daycare than a Dairy Queen. The service you get... from children is not the same as adults who take pride on doing their jobs well. The adults on duty looked like they wereworking overtime to make sure the kids were doing their job. Saw kids hitting and touching each other and standing around notdoing anything. I'll take the extra drive to Newcastle where the staff may be slow but at least do their job properly. Read more
The food was ice cold. I felt bad for the little one at the register..He asked me if I knew how to fix it and proceeded to tell... me what was wrong .. I said I don't know try to put in bottled water instead ..he was stuck for sure .. people were runningaround like the place was on fire .. hopefully they find their grove .. Read more
waited 30 minutes for a single fry! do not go here if you are expecting quality customer service. The lady (Cynthia i think) ... who gave me my food was miserable and very rude and forgot my fork.
