Ordered pizza tonight from what is always my go to pizza place! I knew on a Friday it would take awhile so I ordered it around 6... it said it would be about 2 hours but I was willing to wait..... This is the first time in probably 10 years I got bad pizza???? After waiting so long I was given cold pizza and it wasn't only cold it wasn't the typical loaded toppings and extra cheeseI ordered. When I called I was told there was only 2 drivers so the pizzas were being made and then given in bulk to the driversand they were keeping their heat on to try to keep pizzas warm but that it usually doesn't work!!! And she would give me a $5credit towards my next pizza. Honestly I didnt know what to say so I just got off the phone. This is not the customer service Ihave been use to.... Waiting so long was my choice but doing so I was thinking i would be given my typical service. Not a happycamper at all when you spend good money on a pizza you expect it to be hot. Read more
I'd give Bruno's 6-stars if I could. Excellent crust: well developed flavor, a full bake in a hearth oven, but not overdone.... Tasty sauce, not sweet--just like a good pizza sauce should be. Overall a fantastic pie. Read more
Best pizza in Michiana, no doubt. The Osceola location is the best....pizza always fresh, hot, made correctly and on time.
Such good pizza here, pretty reasonably priced. And the Salad is yummy!!
The adage that with enough determination any pizza can be a personal pizza does not apply here. Bruno's make the best, the... cheesiest, with the most flavorful sauce pizzas in the area. And they are not small! They are worth every penny! Call and order pizza they say it will be a hour to hour and ten minutes. Ok no problem. Go to pickup after a hour 15 thinking... that it will be ready and told it's going to be another 15 minutes. If you don't know how long it's going to be just say thaton the phone. Read more
