Wow...this time it's terrible. I've watched the food sit here for well over 30 minutes. And the employee has moved multiple... items in and out of bags. This place needs someone here showing these employees how to do this job. Super disappointing thistime!! I'll go elsewhere next time! I can not believe 1 person out of 4 is making orders. Read more

Chicken filet never fails. Customer service was awesome but it could've been cleaner. Didn't look like they were short staffed... cuz there was plenty behind the counter. Too many if you ask me. They should've sent 1 or 2 people to clean up the diningarea, floors, etc Read more
Visited the restaurant today, came inside the employee told me at 9:50 I had to wait to order lunch at 10 fine , waited the 10... mins finally got up to order the girl at the register was rude, had a snappy attitude apparently they were under staffed somaybe she was stressed , she takes my order and I watch one of they?re corporate managers walk up to a couple who hadn?t waitednearly as long as me and apologized to them for the inconvenience and offer them they?re meals for free, then after my order wastaken I waited forever to receive my order after I watched my bag be placed on the counter by the lemonade, no acknowledgementfor me waiting patiently to receive my food nothing it was like I was invisible! I had to finally ask a coworker cleaning thelobby of the bag was mine got my bag and left! Definitely feel this location is getting worse and worse! Im gonna chill ongoing there for a while! The lord must be back in the kitchen cooking with them because that?s what this food tastes like. Every single cashier is more... than polite. They compliment you, say ?God bless? and all that. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and wasn?t prepared, so Iwent up and asked for a small cup of water. They gave me a large cup with lid and straw for free. The only thing I would improveis the waiting area for getting food needs to be bigger. They have like 7 cashiers but only one spot for pickup. This causescrowding and pushes people back into the eating space of everyone else. Then again, it?s in a mall so that?s to be expected. Read more
Waited in line for a LONG time and at times neither of the 2 registers were even being operated. The line wrapped around the... whole inside of the restaurant! The cashier's were slowly refilling all the cups, condiments and ice. Talking and laughing withother employees. I would think that someone else could do that while they continued taking orders!
