I love Chick-fil-A. I would go there a couple times a week usually. But this one is really struggling. They just do not live up... to the reputation and quality that the chain is known for. More than half the time I try to get food here, I have to leavebecause the drive-through and the inside ordering line are just not hardly moving. Often enough I will stick it out (because Ilove Chick-fil-A), but it usually ends up not being a great experience because of the inefficiency of their systems. They rarelyhave extra employees out taking orders for the drive-through, as is the standard for Chick-fil-A?s, And it has become thestandard for me to wait 30 to 45 minutes to get through the line. Again, they just can?t figure out how to operate with theefficiency and customer service that the brand is known for, and therefore, at least as concerns those categories, they operateas an inefficiently as most every other fast food restaurant out there. Obviously the food quality is superior, but if it takesforever to get it, I find that I have to just move on. Visit this location on 11/29/2022 6:17pm for dinner myself and sister. The wait was long but hey is chick fil a so it?s worth... it, so we thought. Order spicy chicken sandwich meal with cheese I got no cheese. Order lemonade for our drinks and got lemonwater no ice was even in our cups. This by far was the worst service I ever received. I wish every other restaurant could learn how to run like every Chick-fil-A! Never had a bad experience at any of Chick-fil-A... let alone this one. There could be 20 people in line and within 5 minutes you're at the counter and less than 5 minutes lateryou have your food And it's delicious! Read more
As always, Chil-fil-a is the bomb. Good food, check. Good service, check. Relatively affordable, yep. This an easy go to if they... aren't too busy, even if they are though the wait isn't usually bad as they're super fast about it. Read more
The drive thru was pretty cool because they are out there going window to window taking your order which really feels personal... and sets them apart from other fast food chains. The food was very hot and handed to me with no wait. Keep it up! Great food andservice ?? Read more
I know it was a little close to the end of breakfast and I?ve never had a bad experience with chick fil a but I ordered a... breakfast bowl and it was probably half, if not less than the normal amount. Seriously, there had to have been half an egg inthere. I was concerned if my driver ate some but the sticker was still fully intact on the bag. I?m not sure why anyone wouldthink that?s okay to serve. If you?re low or out of something, just say you?re out. Don?t make someone pay for a full portionwhen they?ll only get half. Read more
Food is standard fast food fair. Drive through experience is pretty sleek considering how massively busy they are. Two lines... with people taking orders from ipads. They have a small army working in there. Food is pretty expensive considering what it is.Chicken club was good, veggies were fresh. Waffle fries seemed a little under crispy. Tenders were hot and tasty. Not dried out.Honey mustard is a bit too sweet for my taste, but enough heat to balance it out. Overall not bad. Read more
We sat in the drive thru line for almost an hour. Once you are in it, there's no turning back. No way to get out. You just sit... until is your turn to order. Good thing there food is good. Read more
