We love going to cold stone! Any time we come here we receive excellent service and amazing ice cream! Even if they are busy... they are super nice and work fast. The establishment is also always very clean and they have tons of options. They didn't have aflavor that we wanted and we were given options on how to create a similar flavor. Read more
Went here for my birthday on October 19, 2022. Got the Chocolate Devotion flavor and loved it!. Ended up taking it home and... finishing it. The lady who served us was very kind and took time to ask about my birthday. The ice cream was so good, I wassleepy for the rest of the day. Hope to come again once in awhile, as I live 30 minutes from Cold Stone and try new flavors! Read more
First time visiting Cold Stone Creamery. Walked in door lobby full of customers. I needed a pre-made ice cream cake. I... grabbed a cake from freezer. And then I got in line. Young lady asked if that's all I needed. I said yes. She told me that Ididn't have to stand in that long line, and she could ring me out. I asked if she could add HAPPY BIRTHDAY to it.. She saidyes. The African American girl, rudely stated, "OH we don't have time for that today" I couldn't believe she said that. Iam purchasing a $30/40 ice cream cake and you can't write on it? Where did she get her customer service training from?I toldthe cashier do your best. I was finished speaking with the other server. She rudely interrupted again..I had to tell her I'mdone talking with you, because your tone was off. She didn't feel that she did anything wrong? Really? Where they do this at?I told the first server to do her best. If it's messy we will accept. I refused to allow the other server to assist after beingtold, "We DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT!" I got there 30 min before close and they told me they were closed unless it was an online order. There were a line of guests,... some liters just got there. I went outside and put an online order in for pick up. It said it?d be ready in 15 min. Their lastguests were leaving as I was walking up to the doors and they locked the doors on me. Tried calling just to ask if I could pickit up since I already paid. They looked at me and ignored me and didn?t answer. I emailed asking for a refund with no response.Then called two days later and they said they would have to call me back because their phone was dying and had to charge ( theyhad just answered and said that after saying why I called). Called two hours later and it rang forever and went to busy. Then itwas busy from then on every time I called?. Still haven?t gotten ice cream or my refund. Read more
Amazing place for ice cream, shakes, and more. They truly have the highest quality ice cream that I have ever tasted! There are... so many flavors to choose from, and so many toppings you can add such as candy bars, M&M's, and sauces. The staff is veryfriendly, and the store is really clean. Great delicious ice cream! The best ice cream in my opinion is the cheesecake fantasy. So good and tasty. The service was good,... they were nice and got my order pretty quick. The only bad thing is that the place was dirty. The tables were messy and sticky.There was napkins and spoons on the floor, and the trash was so full that you could see it falling over the trash can. Also Iseen a couple of flies. The place was kinda warm for being a really Hot day. The door was dirty like kids have been touching itwith their dirty fingers, just from the stickiness of the ice cream. But it gets 4 stars for such a good ice cream and 3 starsfor overall service.
