Our order is consistently messed up when we come here and we mainly get take out. Unfortunately the food is made wrong, items... are missing and half the time the fries are ice cold and burger buns are hard as a rock. I walked into Culver?s & they were taking my order before I knew what I wanted, It was fresh, easy, not overly crowded, nor did... I have to wait long for my food. I decided to get my dessert after I ate so I just took the receipt up & get it then. Bathroomwas clean as well as parking lot. Read more
My experience is that your order is more likely going to come out faster and with fewer mistakes if you go through the Drive... Thru. This is one of the only fast food restaurants I will dine inside but my last visit I had a younger gentleman who wasimpatient and seemed to lack basic customer service skills like asking questions to verify or confirming order. My receiptlooked correct but the kids burgers had everything when I wanted plain and my daughter's chocolate frozen custard came out theweekly special (chocolate and heath pieces). The employees walking around and delivering food were friendly and kind and thefood was good, as always. Overall, the place seemed clean. I will return again but just a warning to be extra clear with yourorder when dining in. Read more
Restaurant smelled like sewer gas when we walked in. They ran out of vanilla custard at 5:30pm. Missed food that was ordered.... Kid meal milk was sour. Torn up carpet in dining area. Far from the quality Culver's used to be. Read more

As a typical Midwesterner I have a strong affinity for Culvers. That said, their quality has gone down in most locations... compared to the early 2000's. That's what happens when you expand. But not here. Oh man, not here. This was CLASSIC Culver's.It brought me right back to my high school days. The most notable difference with this Culver's compared to the previous 5-7I've visited throughout the country was the quality of the buns. Many other locations had stale buns that were lukewarm at best.These were f"cking FRESH. Also, the service here was impeccable. They were conscientious of my wife's allergy and were allaround friendly. Strongly recommend. Also, the building itself was gorgeous. Great layout and brick foundation. The interiorwas spotless. I'd argue this is honestly the top Culver's in the country. Look at my top photos in Google - I've visited plentyover the years. Keep up the great work gang. Always a great burger at this Culver's! My Daughters, Grandkids, and I had a fun and delicious lunch after a morning spent... bouncing on trampolines at SkyZone! We also enjoyed some yummy frozen custard desserts after our scrumptious lunch. We'll beback! Read more
