Honestly, this is the best bang for your buck in the area. The menu is big and the prices are comparable. The beer selection... is excellent with several hard to find brews. The portion sizes are filling and the place is generally clean but it can getbusy. The atmosphere is friendly and sporty with a lot of televisions to watch. Great sports bar. Feels a niche in the Town & Country/McKinley Ave from Logan to Division area. This area has some other bars... (McKinley Tap, Monterrey, RBI?s), but none that fill the niche that The Galley fills. It?s a great typical sports bar, withbeers and bar food. Over 40 beers on tap, with decent craft beer selections. Been a regular here for some time. The bar tenders learn quickly and often have drinks poured and waiting. Very friendly and... amazing environment. Food is mid grade, but not really the reason I go.
