Placed online order for delivery at 5:20pm. I called the store at 6:20pm to check on its status. Employee informed me that they... did not have a driver and my order was voided. I made the mistake of ordering through DoorDash. 30 minutes later I call and the person over the phone answers: ?Jimmy John?s?.... I was like just checking up on my order it?s been a while. Dude says ?it?s already been refunded we don?t have a drivertonight?. Mind you DoorDash still says preparing order. Why keep the option to order open? And why not call to let the customerknow? Dude over the phone didn?t even try to apologize! I usually don?t review places unless it?s absolutely terrible so thiswins the trophy of the most terrible service. What a joke! Read more

Missing items I ordered today. Sandwich orders are wrong more times than they are correct. Phone line is constantly busy so... can't call and let the store know they need to credit my card for items not received. Overall customer service n quality hascompletely gone down the drain! Read more

Ordered online at 3:00 pm. Received my order around 4:15 pm. I can forgive slow service, as things happen, but offer at least... an apology. Always clean. Friendly staff. Excellent Food. I get the number 2. The bread is the best ive ever had for sub sandwiches.... Excellent place to eat if you dont want to be weighed down with all the extra grease involved eating fast food. Read more
