I was just in here and bought two double cheeseburgers. I went inside to order my food instead of the drive though and asked for... them without onions. Person who took our order took it in a timely fashion. After that, was kind of a disappointment for this establishment. First... off, the lady at the pay window didn't seem to happy to be helping us. We got to the second window and was told to moveforward to their 3rd window (where the breezeway is) because they were waiting on my quarter pounder to be fresh. Anyways, wepulled up and waited for our food. My quarter pounder you could tell was not made "cook to order" like they say it is, unlessthey did and then it sat after. After we got our food, I said thank you to the lady that handed it out and she just handed thefood to us and closed the window. No thank you, smile or anything which was kind of a disappointment. The oneemployee with the gimpy arm should be fired. He bold face lied to a Door Dasher saying they had an order ready, and they... didnt, then he tried to gaslight her. Then he blurted that he was on break, meaning he was in the other staff's way. They areignoring the take out customers to take care if small drive through orders. The owner should be ashamed of how they allowtheir staff to be this inefficient and un professional I am giving a negative review on their survey amd demanding a fullrefund for anyone who ordered innthe lobby today. I think the manager shiuld also be removed, as they seem to be making noeffort to ensure their staff ID doing their job. Read more

Cashier at first window was cussing and extremely rude. As a restaurant manager I understand she could have been frustrated,... however, that is no reason to roll your eyes at a customer and slam the window after receiving a smile and ?have a niceevening?. I wish i could give 0 stars. I had two employees arguing by the order speaker, I waited 30 minutes, my coffee was made wrong,... they made my mother's sandwich wrong. They didnt give us straws, napkins, and the sauce we ordered at the speaker, they wererude, and I was late for a bridal shower after all this. Absolutely astonishing how Absolutely awful this place was. It was only2 meals. Read more

I just went thru the drive through. I bought a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich And medium fries. I spent $8.22. The... chicken was soggy. The lettuce was soggy and wilted. The bun was burned and 1/2 was too crunchy to eat. I asked for onionsand got none. You had no ice tea. And had to buy a med fry when I only wanted a small. I tried to call but no oneanswered. I guess I will not be going to your McDonalds anymore and it used to be one of my favorites. I will chalk thisup to lesson learned. Burger King is just down the street and Arbys has better fries.
