The new chicken sandwich was so good and made fresh, I added tomatoes and avocado. The soup is always good.
Drive through was closed , so went in to order and used the self order station got a buzzer and waited for 25 minutes for a soup... and a sandwich. Buzzer never went off only to realize that my food had been sitting on a shelf for at least 20mins no one caredto notify me that my order was ready. It was only when my sister was chasing after my niece because she was getting impatient,that she noticed the bag with my name on it sitting on the online order shelf on the other side of the restaurant from where wewere waiting. So I used to really like Panera bread, especially their salads. I was always impressed with the amount of toppings and quality... ingredients. Even the price was acceptable. However I was shocked when I received my salad today for lunch and it was literallysmaller than the fork that I was eating it with. There was maybe two olives, three tomato slices, and a handful of onions. Fornearly 8 dollars, I would?ve expected what I used to get. I literally was ripped off, and if you are going to downsize sodrastically, at least continue with the quality toppings. It literally looks like somebody threw the stuff on there and thenshook the salad as hard as they could. Even the dressing container was only about half full. I ordered through DoorDash becauseof work, and I will never order again. I don?t know if it?s just this location that has gone to these tiny little salads, but ifso it?s not right. Do better Panera. Love getting free coffee with reward points! Nice outdoor seating area. People bring their friendly pets (on leashes!!!) and... strangers become very social. I love the set up! Making my first stop at this restaurant in about a year, the first thing I realized was that the amount of customers in the... restaurant was very far less than I had been accustomed to seeing at just after 7 in the morning. The next was that thesmiling-faced individual (Marie) I had grown accustomed to greeting me when entering the door was no longer at her post behindthe pastry counter. My eyes then gazed upon perhaps the most appealing food item in the whole place, fresh baked cinnamonrolls. I promptly added 4 of the rolls to my order, as well as 2 of the tasty looking bear claws. Just as my smiling attendantis processing my credit card payment, another employee comes from out of nowhere and grabs the pan of cinnamon rolls. She speaksauthoritatively at my attendant, in manner I?m sure was also designed to catch my attention, that all of these rolls are sold.She states to my attendant that she had just received a phone order which required cinnamon rolls and that ?even these 6 rolls?won?t fill their entire request. As my attendant now stands shocked, I exclaim that I had already paid for 4 of them. Now, as Ibecome aware that in fact this is the store manager in charge (Christine), I again challenged Christine to the fact that I?mphysically standing in her store and had already paid for the rolls. She did not offer apologies or even hesitate for onesecond. She made it clear she was not going to reconsider and walked away. In hind sight, this is the point at which I shouldhave asked for a full refund and walked out. I?m sure most would have. Quite frankly, I was too stunned by her actions to reactin that manner. I retreated to fill my coffee cup and wait for the attendant to complete my order. In fact, I was so stunnedonce handed my bagel boxes and additional bag of pastries and proceeded to exit the restaurant, I left my un-drank coffeesitting on the counter. Well, first they tried charging me nearly $11 for the half sandwich/ cup of soup combo that came up on the app for $5.99. Once... we got the resolved I got home to discover there is literally a single tablespoon of chicken salad on my sandwich. Seriously?I'm going back tomorrow to see what exactly is the ratio of bread, lettuce, tomato and chicken. As always, the soup and breaddid not disappoint. Hoping they can make this right. Read more
