Great food and service. I usually just go through drive through. I pick up dinner out for my family once in awhile.

We haven't been to shake n steak in years. They aren't on the west coast. It has changed a lot since we were last there. There... are no longer servers or bussers. It's all automated. They have cooks and that's it. The womans restroom smelled atrocious. Mylunch wanted to come back. Went in to change a diaper and had to leave or my lunch would be everywhere. Read more

I ordered two plain hot dogs and both came covered in condiments, I recognized this might of been my fault because the cashier... might not of heard me. So I went back through the drive thru and specifically ordered plain this time. The hot dog once againcame covered in condiments! I asked the cashier about it and she apologized and quickly talked to the manager who refused togive me a plain hot dog unless I ordered and paid again and that no refund could be issued!!!! This steak and shake isridiculous for leaving things out of orders and ringing up the wrong order so beware and check your food after visiting. Read more
It was OK. Tasted good, but the amount of grease dripping all over my tray made me feel sick. It was a garlic butter burger... and i couldn't take more than 2 bites. They need to not flood the buns with so much butter. Kinda gross. Fries were good tho! Read more
It was alright. The place was empty, you have to stand at a kiosk to order your food now, then seat yourself, and get back up to... get your own food when it's ready. No service, and the inside of the restaurant was a little dirty. Definitely not the Steak 'nShake that I remember and miss. Read more
Not what I expected, but still worth it. We placed our order at the kiosk. Took a bit to get it, but it's fresh made. Homemade... cut fries (too thin for me, but good) good burger for the price. Will be back for sure. Read more
