This place closed their doors early, even though I was there at 7pm. I?m truck driver and then I went to drive thru window... because I don?t have car. They refused me service. I not purchase from Subway again. What a shame on Subway for treating truckdrivers like this. You know we are the people who bring you all the food. You should respect the workers who keep your companyrunning. Read more
Pull up and park, open sign is lit up. It?s 7:20 pm on 10/20/22. The door is locked to go in so we get in our car, pull up at... the drive thru. The guy immediately says is this is for an online order? We say no, he says what kind of bread? We say ItalianHerb and Cheese, he says white or wheat, we say Italian Herb and Cheese, he says white or wheat and then says white or wheatagain. We figured out that was the only kind available, white or wheat. He sounded irritated and didn?t bother to say in thebeginning all we have is white or wheat. His tone was irritated and it was rude. We left and went to another subway. It?s justas easy to go to another subway rather then that one. Read more
We had a very good experience at this one!! Was at the Subway in Walmart on Ireland and feel like they tried to scam us.... Wouldn't take the buy one get one free coupon and then they wouldn't take the 5.99 coupon. What should have been 9.20 which iswhat we ended up paying at subway next to dollar tree on ireland road. They wanted 17.00 at the one in Walmart. I highlyrecommend the one on Ireland by dollar tree!!!! The sandwich was great! Read more
Really racist place , waited in line to buy something and she decided to give ne a dirty look and told me to wait and took... everyone elses order behind me and once she took everyone order with an additude she took my order. Literally unacceptable. Read more
Staff was very friendly and efficient, too bad the equipment isn't efficient. No A/C, very warm in the store, fan didn't help.... The refrigeration table was barely keeping items cool. Had a warm FL Veggie, it was terrible!!!! This used to be a great store,cold sandwiches were alwaysctisp and delicious. This Franchisee isnt taking car of business. ???? Read more
Took so long. Got in the line at 3:00 and started ordering at 3:10 while only one car in front. We had to wait for the car to... get their food before we ordered. It took us 20 minuets to even order 3 subs?? The service was terrible and wasted so much ofour time. I could have wrote an essay by the time we finished ordering. Never coming back here. Read more
My husband and I were in Subway in Mishawaka. It was very clean. The young man and young lady working today, showed pride in... their work. My husband told the young man making his sandwich, he's never seen anyone not just throw the ingredients on thebread. The youngman said he makes it the way he'd like it. The young lady was very courteous. We were in Subway, #41355-0 at3415 Bremen Hey, Mishawaka, IN, at 3:18pm on 12/11/2021. Sometimes the food is really good and other times it is horrible. There is one specific worker that makes the sandwhich every... time when the food turns out terrible. It's not worth the cost of the sandwiches when he makes them. Definently going to walkstraight back out and go somewhere else if he is working. Read more
