If I could give 0 stars I would. If I?m paying close to $6 on a nacho bellgrande (with no beans) I should at least get some... toppings for the price. I paid for a tray of chips. ???? I already don't have high expectations for a fast food restaurant, who does ???? But this experience compelled me to say they... have absolutely terrible customer service. They were out of every item I wanted to order, but also said there was a minimumorder of 10 items... not a huge deal, but the attitude that came with it, was not needed. I also said I needed a Sierra mist andthe lady gave me a Pepsi. I gave it back to them and she rolled her eyes and then literally dumped out the Pepsi and refilledthe cup with Sierra mist, I can tell from the dark residue. Then she didn't even give me back my card and I had to ask for it.If a manager even reads these or cares to investigate, it was 9/26 order # 305123. Read more

This is the second time in a row I have been dissatisfied with this location of taco bell. They don't ring you up at the... counter, you have to use the kiosk and only one of two was working. Then they couldn't accept cash but "graciously" rang it upat the drive thru window. Then when we got our food it was less than appealing. The first time we went we ordered on the kioskand as we were waiting for our food a worker said oh the dining room is closed the door was supposed to be locked. Like weinconvenienced her, well we ordered and paid so I guess you need to help us. I will not go back to this location again, theyneed some serious customer service training. Read more

No counter person and only one functional order tablet thing. I didn't even know they had the order tablets, I was standing at... the counter waiting for someone to come take my order and another customer came in and said something about them. And no oneworking there said that we needed to use them, they just kept looking at me and the other customers waiting to order. I will notbe back to this location. Read more

7-6-22: After waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru this evening, a young lady came out to tell everyone queued up in the... line that they were not taking any more orders due to staffing issues. Using the drive thru at this location is always a test ofone's patience- twice in the past I have spent 45 minutes waiting, and a typical wait time is more than 20 minutes. Don't eventhink of coming here on a weekend evening. Taco Bell really needs to up their game, at least at this location. Read more

This Taco Bell never fails to disappoint. Every single time I go I end up with missing food and everything made wrong, on top of... rude employees. I made the mistake of ordering here last night bc it was the only one open and lo and behold, almost my entireorder was wrong. Took it back just for the manager to argue with me about it and disassemble and inspect the food with her barehands like I was lying for some reason. I didn?t even ask for a refund, I just wanted the items made correctly. Plus they nevergave me a receipt which made the process even more difficult. So it is no secret that customer service has gone drastically downhill more places than not. For that reason alone I don't... venture out much anymore, however when my child says he wants Taco Bell and not McDonalds... He Wins! As we pulled Into theparking lot and i.saw the long line ahead of me all I could do.was shake.my head. This normally would mean we would wait foreverin-line and for our food that would be made wrong and some of it missing altogether. Topped off with rude customer service....HOWEVER, NOT AT ALL WHAT WE EXPERIENCED TONIGHT!!! On Tuesday evening, on June 28th, I undoubtedly had 5 star customer service.Our order was correct, and the wait wasn't so bad. Great Job Crew that was Working... we were impressed. Read more

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! If you can go anywhere else run as fast as you can otherwise you'll be sitting and waiting and waiting and... waiting. There is no exit from the drive-thru so once you're in it there is no escape no matter how long they take so do not gothrough the drive-thru! The same disrespectful person is always in the Drive-Thru who thinks he's a manager and obviously theremust not be one who actually is one. I waited 10 minutes before they came to the speaker with no way of escape and then 15minutes for them to come to the window just to take my money. Five more minutes for them to bring the food! Run run for yourlife go to any other Taco Bell if you must go to Taco Bell do not go to this one! The person in front of me didn't even place anorder and was at the speaker wanting to know if so and so was there and they said just drive up to the window and for the entireduration of my time I watch them visit back and forth without accepting a single order from any vehicles behind me. Out ofcuriosity I pulled ahead a few feet and just waited to see how long it would take for the vehicle to have the order taken behindme and it was another 5 minutes with no one in line in front of them. Not to mention they had been there since I pulled forward.I encourage all drive through customers to leave and go somewhere else! There are no options for negative Stars but this TacoBell most certainly deserves to be closed down. Read more
