Seriously waited in line 25 minutes, ordered two tacos, AFTER I had done got up to the order window was told they do not have... change for cash. Mind you the total was $3 something and I was paying with a $5 bill. This would not have been a problem hadthey posted they have no change or told me while I was ordering, not after waiting 25 minutes. Read more

Customer service doesn?t exist at this location. You will place your own order at the kiosk and no workers offer help. They also... don?t come to the front unless bringing up food. Basically you do more work for them and pay a little more in today?s economy. Read more

Reading the reviews as I?m sitting here waiting for my order. It must not make any difference to put a review up on how bad the... employees are. With so many bad reviews you would think the persons that took my order ( after waiting 5 minutes at theregister) would be a little nicer. I felt like we were inconveniencing her by coming here. I was interrupting their socializingtime. The star I give is for the girl that was running drive through apologized for the wait and was nice. The time before thiswe came and no one was here but the workers and they were making at the drive through register. Read more

worst taco bell in town, hands down. slow every single time, even if I'm the only car in line. tonight I placed a mobile order,... got down there and they said they haven't been doing mobile orders for a week so they didn't have our order. the man working hadhis shirt half off and hat turned sideways. everyone was slow and rude. I will never go back to this location again. multipleother times they either completely mess up the order or the food is like, wet. it's gross every time. it's sad when they makethe McKinley location look good. I was excited about getting a Taco Bell so close to home. I?ve been here maybe 7-8 times and every time there?s an issue. At... least three times they couldn?t take orders because of their register or whatever. I?m always missing stuff. The stuff I do getis always wrong somehow. Like they make it their purpose to mess everything up to drive away customers. Tonight was last time.I?m not one to complain but pulling up to be told ?hold on? twice. I didn?t even say anything. I just waited. Then I got two ofan item I ordered one of and one of an item I ordered two of. Seriously if it?s past 8pm avoid this place. It took 30 minutes toget my entire order wrong. We arrived at 11:04pm on 07/14/2022. I was notified by the Drive through staff that ordering was only available via door dash or... online ordering. Due to this situation I am not returning. I have spent countless times in the drive thru window here waitingmore than 25 minutes and at this point in time there is no speed, efficiency, respect, or customer service related to thislocation. I will not be returning. I am highly disappointed in the experience at this location; there was an expectation uponopening that this location would perform above the typical standard, I guess I was wrong. Thanks taco bell. The food is fresh and always correct (which never happens at the other local ones). It?s a little slow but likely because they... are doing a great job making our correct order! Shout out to Lilly! ???? So friendly. Read more
