Stopped here for lunch with my wife and daughter. Super friendly and fast service. Food was good and it was low cost too! On the... way out my daughter dropped her fries she wanted to take with her so I went to buy a new small fry and they gave me areplacement for free for her spilled fries! I went I about a month ago I stood there for 10-15mins no one acknowledge me and nobody took my order. The same went for more... customers that were in the store three of us ended up walking out. Came back just now and the door was locked! Possibly drivethru only. Didn't have my car and time since I live so close. No sign on door saying "closed." I will never try and go hereagain! Horrible. First of all, it has been a while since I order anything from Wendys. I order a 4for4 chicken pecan salad, Tea, and a small... frosty and barbecue sauce. The order was over 17.00, so I got my order, and she handed me a coke with the glass with coke all onthe outside. The Frosty had mixed on the Outside and sticky. The salad dressing was moist and sticky with the food thrown in thebag, with no barbecue sauce for the chicken nuggets. However, these employees want $15 an hour, and this is what we get with nostandards for below standards. I reach out to call the home office. Poor service! Read more
It's ok if you like waiting. We ordered ahead, waited in the drive thu then waited in the drive way, probably close to 35... minutes. I admire the hot and fresh angle, it's just not nearly as nice as McDonald's system. Also they skimped on spoons. Read more
I order 2 sandwiches, with nothing but condiments on them. I received the sandwiches as they come when ordered normally (some... components even missing). Fast service, clean facility, friendly staff. Stopped in for a quick lunch and everything was good. My fries were fresh & burger... well-made. There werent many people eating in bjt the drive through was non-stop. My food was delivered pretty quick, despitethe heavy drive thru traffic. Was a good lunch experience. :) Read more
Our order was completely wrong. Ordered a large fry but received the amount of a small fry. They remade our sandwiches and they... were still completely wrong. It was a mobile order so it should have been easy. Stay away from this Wendy's. Spending over $20for food you had to wait over 30 minutes for and it was still wrong; totally not worth the hassle. Not even sure what they puton my chicken sandwich (it was supposed to be a Spicy Chicken with Lettuce, Onion, Bacon, and No Tomato)...so what's the yellowstuff ???????? Read more
Went there to get lunch brought it all the way home (which I should have looked but I was in a hurry) to find out we didn?t get... three large fries we ordered and our chicken sandwich?s are hard as a rock.
