Went to a wedding and they ran out of meat on the taco bar. Had more than plenty of everything else and only had one small pan... of backup that we had to wait 5 minutes for them to heat it while we stood in line. Some tables didn't even get meat at all.Rooms are not completely remodeled except for flooring instead of carpeting, so price is pretty high. Everything else wentwell except for a golf cart being moved and they came to the bride and groom for help rather than finding it for themselves. Noclue who took it or why, doesn't mean anyone from the wedding did. Leaving keys in a golf cart isn't smart on their part...therewere a lot of other guests in the hotel. Waitstaff and bartenders were great. Thankful there was a restaurant owner at thewedding since soda guns were out of co2 and the drinks didn't taste good til he discovered the problem and then and changed out. New owners, new staff, lots of kinks to be worked out yet. Read more

We recently had a golf outing at Par 5 Resort and had a very enjoyable time throughout our three days there. Michelle Farr as... Group Sales Manager helps drive the entire process and is instrumental in helping to make things run smoothly. From her and herteam providing the lodging in addition to everything else they do, to Julie and her team for organizing the delicious meals andto Chip and his team for helping to organize the golfing set up, we had a most enjoyable experience there. Thank you Par 5 andTeam for helping to make our 8th annual outing a memorable one! We look forward to #9 next September. Read more

We stayed at Fox Hills/Par 5 Resort for a week as we do annually. The condo was clean and perfect, but the golf course was the... best it has ever been. New management of Chip and JR have everything running well and the golfers are taken care of withexceptional customer service. Carts were ready, Tee times were prompt, and all 5 nines were in great shape. I highly recommendPar 5 Resort to all golfers. Carl Graves Read more

Great day golfing. The courses were beautiful and in good condition. It was disappointing that the restaurant wasn?t up and... running. They used to have a good fish fry. There also didn?t seem to be a set price for beer. Every bartender had a differentprice. Otherwise it was a great weekend golfing. Read more

We had a great three day golf trip! We had the suite room, which was awesome. The food was great the entire time we were... there. The golf courses were in awesome condition. I can't pick a favorite. We played 90 holes and loved it. I will say thatthey did an AWESOME job with their port-o-pottys on the courses, they were everywhere and it never failed that they smelledgreat!! I can't wait to go back :) Read more

Par 5 has a long way to go when serving handicapped guests. The main lobby is not accessible to wheelchairs as there is a step.... The upper entrance which is handicap accessible is full of golf carts in front of it and has no automatic door opener. My Momfelt like she was going through an obstacle course just to get to the car. I understand this is a golf resort but if you aregoing to use it as a wedding venue (which is why we were there) the young able bodied golfers could walk a little farther and bemore considerate of those not as able bodied as themselves! They need an area to park their carts away from that door. The onlyhandicapped room had a king size bed. Most handicapped individuals need assistance hence travel with someone else. That personin not always a spouse or someone who want to sleep in the same bed! A room with 2 full size or 2 queens would be preferred. Sowe ended up in a regular room with no bars for assistance in the bathroom with a lower toilet. This was very hard for my Mom touse and very difficult for me to help her up and down to use the bathroom. The wedding ceremony took place outside but thereception area was difficult to find and access for those in wheelchairs. At a minimum there should be some directions providedto the bride and groom so they can let their guests know. There is also no access to the bar and the restrooms where quite somedistance from the reception area. All in all a difficult stay for us. Read more

Attended an annual golf outing over the weekend with 23 in our party. Stayed in one of the villas. Multiple people from our... group reported ants in parts of their villa. Bathroom especially; floor and on the sink top all over my bathroom essentials.Dead bugs all around the sliding door; just not clean. Was given a check list of things to do before leaving, if not completed,we?d be charged an extra $50. I get making it easier for your workers and all but then I?d expect the rooms to be clean andbug-less at least. Older guy in the pro shop was not people friendly at all. Needs to get off his high-horse and learn to beaccommodating. When we pay for ?unlimited golf,? don?t tell us ?there?s 64 others in front of you so I?ll see you in 2 hrs.? Butwhen the conversation continues, we can tee off blue right away? New owners need to realize what they?re going to lose. Hearinghow poor the staff is treated along with dirty rooms, MULTIPLE people not even in our group talking about how poor things havegotten, and then wanting to increase drink prices; what a joke. A shame to see such a great place go downhill so fast simplyfrom ownership. I hope the staff can get out and find something better; they truly are the only reason I?d return. (Can?t waitfor the auto response of ?we?ll use this to better accommodate those in the future.? Sure you will.) Read more

We came in with 12 golfers for a three day golf trip. Condo was great, but that's where it ends. Bartenders at resort ignored... you. Food was terrible but the waitresses tried there best. Day two our two tee times were canceled because of a big outing. Wehad booked this 4 months ahead of time. Finally got to golf at 2. Food still sucked! I give credit to the waitresses as theytried there best. IF you ever go to this resort go across the street to champs sports bar, they will take good care of you andthe food was great! Read more
