First time ordering, happy to hear that they have vegan cheese as my wife eats that way, I eat meat and dairy, the customer... service rep said the delivery would be 45 minutes, however it took about 2 hours given we are in North Abby and not Missionwhich is not a big deal, the delivery driver was super friendly and the pizza was tasty and light, not greasy, we got the $42family pack... Keep in mind we have ordered to our house once before and have friends that order to dewdney all the time and it's never been an... issue. Orderd at 4:40pm they told us an hour. I called again an hour and a half later to see where it was. Busy tone multipletimes. Finally reached 2.5 hours decided were going to get dinner somewhere else. Guy shows up when hubby was out picking upfood and I said we aren't paying for this I'll tip the driver for wasting his time but I couldn't get through to the actualbusiness and have waited 3 hours. It's a Tuesday evening before dinner rush even starts to add. He said he needs to call boss tomake sure it's ok. Boss says no I pay 50% of the order and I said no take the food back as my hubby arrived with the 2nd dinnerwe ordered. Then the guy said we'll u guys can't order from us anymore lol...like what? How is that customer service for yourguys mistake? So not only did they loose money tonight but they lost a customer for ever. Way better pizza in mission to choosefrom then them. Very good cheap pizza, good bang for your buck! Good pizza sauce, fresh ingredients and great dough. Place is dingy, however... can't complain for the value. Tuesday special is unheard of, keep it for me please! Read more

I went to my buddy?s house for a jam session. His kids and my kids said they wanted pizza. So, we decided to call up Mission... City Pizza. They had a family special: 3 large three-topping pizzas with a six pack of beverages. The staff were extremelyhelpful in suggesting some toppings on our last pizza. We had ham,pineapple, bacon. Capicola, mushroom, sausage. And tandoorichicken, green peppers, onions. The pizzas arrived within 45 min. Loaded toppings, great textured crust, lots of deliciouscheese. The sauce was well balanced and very tasty overall. I would absolutely order from them again. Very pleased with theoverall combination of quality, taste, service and value. Read more
I'm so glad they are getting a new location, they have long since outgrown this hole in the wall they have been serving the... community out of. What an institution. These guys can be relied on for a well priced pizza through storms, power outages andevery crazy event to hit mission. And their Tuesday special of $10 for a large pizza simply can't be beat.
