Fantastic service from both the bar and kitchen, food and cocktails were far beyond expectations. Recommendations from the... bartender were spot on and perfectly reflected my tastes. Christian is the epitome of customer care and satisfaction, I orderedevery single thing he recommended and enjoyed it to the fullest. Food was prepared with grace and style and full of flavour,this chef is truly a blessing to the kitchen. If these employees weren’t so dedicated to their craft I would have gladlypoached them for my own crew. Fantastic restaurant, I will have to return regularly with my construction gang and with my wifeand family. Cannot rate this place higher for both single satisfaction and group outings. Read more

Our first time at Scratch did not disappoint. Best calamari we have had in a very long time. Also gluten free which was a nice... surprise to see as most are not gluten friendly. The Nashville chicken sandwich was tasty and a huge get portion. Our server wasvery personable and knew exactly when to be there and when not to. Highly recommend to anyone in Mission. Read more

Christian was our amazing server. He was friendly, happy, attentive and knew everything about the menu! Recommended dinner... entrees, appies, and dessert. We had crab cakes, they were good, prime rib: mine was great, hubby wanted an end cut but didn'tget that but said it was good, horseradish was the hottest I've ever had, it was awesome!!!!! The food was good, not amazing like in the past times we've visited. We were the only people in there, (2hrs) on a Wednesday, ... yet our service was subpar. However, our waitress was very friendly and nice when she did come around. A couple of things wehave enjoyed from the menu, were not available...or no longer on the menu, which was disappointing. Very few people when we arrived and then we were the only table left. It was a little chilly inside. The food was good, the... server was attentive, but a little bit over the top! Overall our visit was very good, but not having a lot of people there was alittle concerning to us. Hopefully it was just a anomaly for that day. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Scratch Restaurant. For one, the food was superb! The calamari was cooked nicely, the... chicken on my entree was so tender and moist that I didn't need a knife, and even the dessert was amazing. The apple pastry wasvery inventive and super tasty and honestly was the highlight of the experience. Would recommend the dessert to anyone. Theservice was also really great! What a surprising and fabulous experience! The food was fresh and flavourful. The staff and owner were all so kind and... accommodating. The wine and beer choices were spot on.
